Walls Developments is the property division of Walls Holdings - an integral part of the overall business, incorporating residential, commercial, leisure and retail developments at its core.
Projects include the €500m Northern Cross development on the Malahide Road, Dublin 17, where we have completed the Hilton Dublin Airport Hotel, an anchor home store for Meadows & Byrne, a supermarket for Fresh, corporate offices for JP Morgan and Experian and are in the process of delivering 800 luxury apartments.
Further major developments include the €300m Player Square Development in Dublin 8 and the €140m Trinity Biosciences project in Dublin 2.
