In June 2009, Walls Construction commenced construction of the Millfield Shopping Centre, Balbriggan. The centre will be anchored by a 10,000 sq m Tesco store and will have an additional 30 retail units over two internal street levels, a large restaurant / café area, health centre, medical centre and community facilities. There will be 952 car spaces between basement, surface and multi-storey car parks. The centre is being development by The Parkway Partnership and designed by A& D Wejchert & Partners Architects.
